Kiss With A Fist

I feel like Guy also wears suits at the most awkward times. Like Kyle tells him to dress nice for something and he’s thinking nice pants and a shirt and Guy shows up in a suit. But they aren’t even like normal suits? Sometimes they’re flashy, but in all the wrong ways. But Kyle let’s it be most of the time because Guy thinks he looks cool.

I FORGOT TO METION THAT IN THAT PANEL I POSTED EARLIER GUY AND KYLE ARE TOTALLY KINDA HOLDING HANDS. BECAUSE THEY ARE IN LOVE. AND IT LOOKS LIKE GUYS HANDS ARE BIGGER THAN KYLES BUT THEN AGAIN HE WAS LIKE WARRIOR GUY BUT HEADCANON FOR EVER IS THAT GUY HAS BIGGER HANDS THEN KYLE SO KYLE LOOKS LIKE A DAINTY PRINCESS WHEN THEY HOLD HANDS.

I think it’s so cute that Kyle use to make his own comics as a kid. I want to make a fic of him making comics now about Guy and Guy leaning over his shoulder as he draws going ‘make me look cool, babe. like strap some guns on my back or draw some panels of me throwing punches and babes, i want tons of babes.’ Kyle draws the line at one gun and no babes unless it’s him.

There is also this one story when Kyle and Alan Scott are looking for Jen and crazy stupid shit goes down and Kyle has to like save Jen and he’s like “Come on, reach out for me, Jen! Who am i gonna share my Ben and Jerry’s with?”

And i now think he uses this for everyone he dates. Like he gets sad and clingy like “no, don’t leave me, I CAN’T EAT ALL THIS ICE CREAM BY MYSELF I NEED YOU!”

Side note: Guy is a good ice cream eating partner. He shovels it down. It becomes some kind of stupid race that he thinks is so cool until he gets a brain freeze and clutches his head and starts rambling incoherently and pounds his fist on the table because WORDS DON’T WORK and Kyle is like “You had to know this was going to happen.”

I don’t think i’ve ever read Guy/Kyle fic porn in my life. I’m not even sure if it exists other than like 3 or 4 fics, if that. 　

I bet every time Guy gets really worked up over something Kyle tries to use his Blue Lantern magic to calm him down but like he no longer has the ring so it’s not actually lantern power or anything. He probably just strokes Guy’s hair and says “Shhh…all will be well.” And Guy just swats his hand away like “YOU’RE NOT EVEN A BLUE LANTERN ANYMORE! THAT’S NOT GOING TO WORK!” and Kyle just hugs him obnoxiously while Guy tries to push him away and he just keeps repeating “All will be well” until Guy starts laughing because Kyle is a huge dork.

la la la. Guy has pictures of Kyle taped inside. That he secretly took when Kyle wasn’t looking, like Kyle’s butt all over. Meanwhile Kyle is bent some super cool space like computer console, looking over details for a mission they’re about to set off for. And he yells over his shoulder, “Guy put your dirty magazines away we’ve got work to do. You can look at them any time, just not when we’re about to go fight space wars.” And Guy just glaces over at Kyle’s butt and back to the magazine and laughs, “Yeah, anytime.”

Guy/Kyle paint things and just generally nice things.

Doing GL rereading makes me think too much. But Kyle would totally be like an art therapist. Like for the corps and everything maybe.

This is what made me start thinking about it. And the whole “Kyle’s pushed me in that direction” like to help her deal with Sodam. It just feels like something Kyle would be really good at. So he would just have little craft sets and be like “Okay, let’s just sit down and make something.” But yeah, he’s so good at helping because Kyle is really invested in the people around him and he likes to make sure everyone is okay. And it makes him feel good, being good.

Same goes with Guy though.  I think Guy is a really good listener and he usually has some really wise words to say. Like he has a degree in Psychology so he knows how to handle things in that sort of way. I almost feel like Guy isn’t someone that people would usually go to for their troubles and it’s surprising when Guy opens his mouth and actually says the perfect thing and is actually good at helping people.

So maybe Kyle and Guy do this together. And it makes me think of that paint twister post i reblogged a few days ago and how Kyle would totally do that because it has “therapeutic purposes” and so Kyle and Guy would do that together and Guy would probably just be like “I’m sticking my hands and feet in paint, oh joy” but then he’d probably just start wiping paint across Kyles butt “What, you said left hand red.” and it would just end in a messy paint fight and Kyle would have paint in his hair and all over his face as would Guy and then they would kiss.

I need to sleep but i keep thinking about how when Kyle was freed of Parallax how he basically came out naked and Guy made him construct pants. AND I MEAN OUT OF EVERYONE IT WAS GUY. LIKE I BET HAL WOULDN’T PUT PANTS ON HIM BECAUSE HE’D BE LIKE ‘BLAH BLAH OKAY LET’S GET GOING’

and Kyle would’ve been left there with no pants. AND WHAT IF HE HADN’T GOT HIS RING BACK?! HE’D JUST BE STANDING THERE NAKED WHILE DUDES WERE ALL OVER THE PLACE FIGHTING. LIKE HOLDING HIS JUNK, JUST GLANCING AROUND HELPLESSLY.

But Guy made him pants, because he’s such a nice boyfriend.
