Now i’m so interested in Guy/Kyle Halloween things. Guy loves it but Kyle doesn’t really care, like he’s that dude that just sits at home on Halloween and does nothing. He doesn’t deliberately hate it, it’s just meh. But Guy sometimes drags him out to do stuff, like parties and what not (Guy Gardner:Extreme Party Planner, it’s totally a real thing no it’s not ) and I know Kyle got dragged out to do Halloween stuff with Jen and of course he never dresses up and he’s probably like “Oh, i’m me for Halloween surprise!” But i’m sure Guy could make him dress up because Guy is really good at convincing people to do things and he’s bossy. So i think Kyle would just be another superhero. Kyle would be superman and it would be the greatest thing and he would have a spit curl and everything and he’d be really into his cape and he’d be making poses all night. Maybe the only way for Kyle to enjoy Halloween is if he’s someone he really admires? I think Kyle really likes the idea of being someone else, but not in the same sense that other people do for Halloween (like oh i’m going to be a pirate or a cat or something) but more like i don’t know someone he looks up to?
Guy would always be dorky dumb things. So it’s like this weird thing seeing Guy and Kyle together during Halloween because you have Guy looking ridiculous in some funny get-up and then there’s Kyle looking all cute and happy.
But they trade off every Halloween. Like one year Guy makes them go out, but then the next he stays home with Kyle and they just watch movies and do cute things. And if we’re talking Earth Halloween (because there are obviously different practices on other planets) Guy always gives out the candy and he dresses up to do so because Guy always has to dress up and he loves kids so it’s exciting.
Yeah okay i’m going to actually write a real thing about this now.
